Conka worked alongside the Palletblocker inventor to develop his patented warehouse quarantine device into a fully functional industrial product. Quick and easy to install, simply unfold Palletblocker onto the front of a pallet then lock in place using a padlock to prevent unwanted pallet movements.

The Palletblocker acts as a highly visible and physical barrier deterring fork lift entry to the front of the pallet, protecting warehouse supply chains, customers and your consumers from the accidental dispatch of out of specification products.

Conka helped Palletblocker ltd to bring their product from concept through to production and Conka Manufacturing is producing the product at their factory in Exeter. The product is now being supplied to the big name products brands across Europe as an essential piece of warehouse kit.
